A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is a 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Non-returnable items:
Used parts.
Installed or tried parts.
Electrical and internal engine parts.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the Returns Policy.
By ordering spare parts or its substitutions customer takes full responsibility of correctness and suitability of part number ordered by customer – as Koparts.net is not responsible for customers mistakes in part numbers or spare parts ordered by users.
We don’t guarantee that all ordered parts will be available in stock. Your order might be canceled or partially shipped. For not available items you will get refund for the item and shipping charges if they apply. In some cases, refund will be only for cost of items, because item could be very light and it will not affect the shipping charges
This payment for item and shipping cost only. Customer takes a full responsibility for any import/duties/taxes/fees (brokerage/airport handling/import) what may be collected by destination country courier company, if they are applicable.
Cancellation Policy
Customer has a right to cancel order if the order has not been shipped yet
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
